[INFO] Manually backup Reports

You can manually backup reports from Site Audit Pro by accessing the files directly on your computer. The app stores only the most recent PDF report, which updates with each new generation. This efficient system ensures that storage space isn't unnecessarily consumed by multiple PDFs.

Before proceeding, generate the desired report within the app. Then, follow these instructions based on your operating system:

For Windows PC and macOS Mojave (or older versions):

Ensure you have the latest versions of both Site Audit Pro and iTunes installed.

  1. Connect your device to your computer.
  1. Launch iTunes and select the device icon in the top-left corner.
  1. Click on "File Sharing" in the left sidebar.
  1. Locate and select "Site Audit Pro".
  1. Choose the folder named "__LatestReport".
  1. Click "Save to…" and select a secure location on your computer.

For additional reports, generate each one in the app and repeat this process, saving the "__LatestReport" folder after each generation.

For macOS Catalina and newer versions:

Ensure you have the latest version of Site Audit Pro installed.

  1. Connect your device to your Mac.
  1. Open Finder.
  1. In the sidebar, under "Locations," click on your device.
  1. Select the "Files" tab beneath the device details.
  1. Locate and expand "Site Audit Pro".
  1. Open a new Finder window and navigate to your desired storage location.
  1. Drag the "__LatestReport" folder from the first Finder window (showing your device) to the second window.

To access multiple reports, generate each one in the app and repeat this process, saving the "__LatestReport" folder after each generation.
